GSAN launches new brand

I am delighted to announce a brand launch for Georgia Statewide Afterschool Network (GSAN), a program of Voices for Georgia’s Children, and red berry's first project through Catchafire.org. Catchafire matches professionals who want to volunteer their skills with nonprofits and social enterprises who need their help. I believe in employing my creative expertise to further important causes!

GSAN is a collaborative effort to advance and support quality after-school programming for children. Their goal is for communities to provide valid options that align to the needs of their youth. Program Manager Katie Landes sought my help in developing an effective brand strategy that would engage their supporters.

I crafted an image for GSAN that is distinctive and welcoming to the target audience. Brand guidelines were developed to clearly communicate key information. The new owl icon provides a visual connection to education and after-hours, while representing GSAN’s oversight and wisdom. With this brand launch, GSAN is positioned for growth.

Many thanks to Program Manager Katie Landes and Communications Director Andrea Cervone for the opportunity, and their collaborative spirit!
